How long does it take to rent a storage unit? Am I locked into a contract?
It only takes a few minutes to rent a unit. We can even do it over the phone before you move in to make things easier for you. You need to sign a lease to rent a unit, but it is a month to month lease and you can vacate your storage unit anytime without penalty or fees.
When can I access my storage unit?
You have 24 hour access to your storage space as long as your bill is paid.
Are there moving trucks available to use?
Many of our facilities offer U-Haul trucks or Budget truck rentals and towing equipment, and some even offer a free truck for use during move-in. Once you have identified a specific storage facility, we recommend contacting the facility directly and ask for more information and pricing. Contact information is available on this website once you select a storage facility.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Yes! The Storage Mall offers parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles, but this is not a standard offering at all locations. Find the storage location nearest you to see if the service is available.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside storage unit located on the first floor of a facility which gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or moving truck.

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®. For your convenience ask about our AUTOBILL payment option.
