• Online: You can easily make a payment online through our website portal. Click the “Pay Online” button at the top right of the page to log into your account and complete your payment. If you do not have an account created yet, you will need your unit number and account ID number. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account, make a one-time payment, or enroll in autopay.
• Phone:  You can use our convenient, automated, pay-by-phone system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call your local office and hit Option 1.

Directions to Ultra Self Storage St.Charles

Hwy 370 is the main road to get there. Driving east on Hwy 370 – from the Missouri River, exit at New Town Rd/Elm Ave  (Exit #5), then make a right to be on New Town Rd. 

Driving west on Hwy 370 (from I-70), exit at New Town/Elm (exit 5) and make a left to get onto New Town Rd. Drives will see a strip shopping center on the left, and a gas station on the right. 

On New Town Rd, drive in left lane, and make exit at first stop light, Fountain Lakes Dr. 

Drive 1/8^th a mile, Ultra SS will be on left. 

If drivers are coming from the City of St. Charles, they will drive north on Elm which becomes New Town Rd. at Hwy 370. Drive in left lane. Fountain Lakes will be the 2^nd stop light past the 370 overpass, make left to get to Ultra Self Storage, 1/8^th mile on the left.
