- Accessing Your Customer Portal: Begin by visiting our website and locating the Pay Online button. Click on it to access your dedicated customer portal. This is your gateway to a seamless payment experience.
- Login to your account: Enter your login credentials – your username and password. If you’re a first-time user, don’t worry! Follow the easy sign-up process to create your account. Remember to keep your login details secure for future access.
- Navigating to the Payments Section: Select the Pay Now button, which will bring you to the payment screen. Here, you will see the amount due on your account and have the option to pay the balance by selecting an existing saved credit card, debit card or bank account or adding a new payment method.
- Selecting Your Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method from the available options, including credit/debit cards or other secure payment gateways.
- Confirming Your Payment: Review the transaction summary and click the Pay Now button to process your payment securely. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the payment is successful.
- Receipt and Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a digital receipt. These documents serve as proof of your transaction for your records.
- Access Your Customer Portal: Begin by visiting our website and locating the Pay Online button. Click on it and select your storage facility to access your dedicated customer portal.
- Click the View Rentals button.
- Next, click the Auto Pay toggle to ON.
- Select the payment method from the dropdown.
- Click Enable Autopay.
- Finally, you can reach out to the manager of your local self storage facility, and they are always willing to help set up your account on automatic billing payments.
- Follow the link below ‘Davinci Lock’ to unlock your unit.
- Select the storage company and facility you are currently renting a storage unit with.
- Enter your username for your online portal or enter your phone number to verify your account.
- You will then receive a text message with directions to pay your balance to receive a code to unlock your unit.
