Provided military discount. They generously provided me a lock that was more secure than the one I was using because they care that their customer's belongings are secure. Then when I needed to move into a larger unit, they did not make me finish out the current month before moving into the new one. They graciously prorated my rent and allowed me a couple of days to move out of the old unit. As long as I live in the area, I will use this company because it is evident that they care about their customers.

I paid for the month of October but moved my belongings out on October 5th because that is what worked for me and the individuals that were helping me. But they didn’t refund me any of that remaining payment. I was in for 4 days of October and I am not entitled to any refund. What a rip!! Doesn’t make any sense! I would understand if I only had a couple days left in October I wouldn’t ask for a refund. But there are weeks left in the month and I can’t get a refund??? Again that is a rip off!!
