It's a great storage facility, secure with a coded gate, sits really far back from the road. But the fact that it sits so far back does create its own problems. If someone was to cut the fence and break in no one would know it was happening. Which is exactly what happened about three years ago. Mind you if you had one of the circular padlocks your unit remained safe. They only broke into the ones that had a standard padlock, which I had. The office was extremely helpful and since you're required to carry insurance I received a check to compensate my losses. But I had a jewelry armoire with about 15 years of costume jewelry in it. I shouldn't have had my jewelry in there but had no where else to store it. My only complaint about the facility is they said they were going to add more cameras after the break in and they haven't.

I didn't use the storage at this location but rather their U-Haul services. I had a U-Haul reserved at USA Matress but was informed the morning of that they didn't actually have the truck I reserved. The people at the storage mall stepped up and got me what I needed quickly and easily. Had a great experience, highly recommend.
