Jeremy was very helpful and very patient in working with us over a period of about a week and a half. We were very indecisive as we are a newer business and are really trying to watch our expenses. Jeremy met with us twice to show the units, was very professional and really sold us by being so accommodating, and showing a clean and secure property. Nowhere else in the area offered what we needed, nor did anyone else act like they really wanted to invest any real time in finding what we needed. We are very happy with Alligator Storage and will definitely be recommending this facility to other individuals in need of storage.

Now that they're under new management it's better. Pretty good storage. Good price. However if you want to call as an existing member they won't give you the time of day. I called several times, I had to listen to the automated voice message and be put on hold, to no avail. It wasn't until I said I was a new member that I finally got through to someone. Also the thing to type your code in to get in the gate is poorly set up so you have to get out of the car. 3 stars unless they fix those things. Edit: changed rating to 5 stars bc things have been fixed. They have auto pay option, there's a new gate, and the code thing has been moved to more reasonable location so you don't have to exit your vehicle to get in our out.

Alligator Storage is clean, courteous, and climate controlled! It is very helpful to have while my daughter attends college at SIUC. It’s close enough to campus that she can go there if she needs something from it. With limited room in the dorms, it is so nice having a safe place to keep her extra stuff she may need while she’s there.
